Make a trip is as essential as work. Unfortunately , not many people have time for holiday; may be coos its difficulty to get it or get to stay at office on weekend. On the other hand, your mind is flying on your favorite place.
Relax , if the condition is not probable to leave job, you just spare a minute, three minutes is better to refresh your mind.
Find a moment, it can be certain time, song or your everyday moment, to stop over your job. Than close your eyes and imagine you are on your special place. Than let your body feels what it feels there, let all sensation cover you till your soul goes from this place, the peace of mind.
With this way, you can make a trip anywhere, anytime. The thing must be done is the decision to do it.
